Our Staff
It's not unusual to walk in the store and have one of our salespeople
welcome you by name. Or remember the specific model of boots
you purchased last season. Or ask how your children are doing.
Most of our salespeople have been here for years — some even in the double
digits. This ensures a higher level of service. Our people make it their business
to understand the products and are, well, "really into" service. Perhaps it's
the latter attribute, combined with their longevity of employment here that helps
them develop a keen understanding of individual customers. And that makes all
the difference in the world.
